Join Us for the Midlife Women Wellness Walk!
This is a relaxed and friendly wellness walk for women in midlife and perimenopause who are interested in improving their health, energy, and wellbeing.
Midlife can be a period of significant change, and many women feel more tired, stressed, or uncertain about how to improve their health. This walk offers a chance to go outside, move gently, meet other women, and have relaxed conversations about health and life in midlife.
This is not a fitness or a weight-loss group—just a supportive, informal space to walk, talk, and connect.
The walk will be at a gentle pace and will last around 45–60 minutes.
You're very welcome to attend alone or bring a friend.
We will meet at the Granville Road entrance by the old blue street light. After the walk, anyone who would like to is very welcome to stay for a coffee or tea at the café.
