About this Event
Midlife isn’t a decline. It’s a recalibration.
MIDlife Walks is a free monthly community walk for women ages 40–55 who are navigating hormonal shifts and want strength, clarity, and real connection—without pressure, fixing, or overwhelm.
This is not a workout.
This is not a support group.
It’s a space to move your body, get outside, and challenge outdated stories about perimenopause, menopause and the MIDlife experience —together.
What to expect:
- A guided community walk at an easy, conversational pace
- Natural morning light and time in nature
- One simple question to spark meaningful conversation
- No agenda. No fixing. Just presence and connection.
Why walking in midlife matters:
Walking supports blood sugar regulation, nervous system balance, circadian rhythm, hormone health, and longevity—especially in midlife. When combined with nature and connection, it becomes one of the most effective (and underrated) tools we have.
Who this is for:
- Women ages 40–55
- Perimenopause or menopause-aware (or curious)
- Interested in strength, longevity, and hormone health
- Looking for connection without obligation
🎟 Free | Registration required
Space is limited to keep the experience grounded and intentional.
Organized by: Calie Calabrese IPHM, HHC - Hormone & Metabolic Strategist and founder of The Hormone Garage. Calie helps midlife women understand their biology, build strength, and navigate hormonal change with clarity and confidence.
