🥾 8 miles 🥾 Moderate 🥾 Leader: Matt G 🥾From the main car park we walk across the stream into the village centre, where we then briefly walk along the edge of the road, passing an ice cream shop (you can go here at the end of the walk) until we meet the stream again. We then follow a footpath along the edge of the stream passing the picture postcard 'Beck Isle cottage'. Worth a photo! From here we head up towards the top of the village where we pickup a footpath descending to Ellerburn. We walk past a small church to a farm where we then climb up to a track on route to Dalby forest. We descend into the forest via the Shoulder of Mutton, where we do a small loop before meeting up with Thornton Beck. We follow the beck all the way back to Thornton le Dale. Remember to bring your camera 📸
