✨ Nourishing Lunch - A delicious, grounding meal shared in community, a reminder that tending yourself is sacred work.
✨ Hot & Cold Therapy, plus Silent Rest - We’ll close our day with hot and cold exposure through a ritual of release, renewal and nervous system expansion. A practice of meeting sensation with presence and remembering your strength, your softness and your resilience, while we end our time together in silence.
