About this Event
Midlands AV1 Inclusion Network Event
St Martins House Conference Centre, Leicester
Tuesday 23rd June | 9:00am – 12:00pm
Join local authorities, schools and education professionals from across the Midlands for a morning of shared learning, connection and best practice around AV1 telepresence technology.
The AV1 Inclusion Network brings together the people doing this work on the ground: those supporting pupils who cannot attend school in person to stay socially and academically connected. This event is a space to hear what's working, explore real outcomes and build relationships with others navigating the same challenges.
The morning will feature three guest speakers: key figures from across the education sector who will share their firsthand experiences of implementing AV1 and the difference it has made for young people. Further details on speakers will be announced soon.
Whether you are new to AV1 or already embedding it across your settings, this event offers something genuinely useful: honest conversations, evidence from the field and a network of professionals who care about the same things you do.
On arrival, teas, coffees and a selection of pastries will be provided.
Who should attend?
This event is designed for local authority leads, SENCOs, inclusion and attendance officers, pastoral teams and school leaders working with or considering AV1 in their settings.
