Welcome coffee lovers! Join us for a Middlestate Coffee Tasting with Fort Collins Coffee Collective at Wobble HiFi on May 23rd, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Get ready to sample Denver favorite Middlestate Coffee through the lens of three different brew methods. Middlestate is one of the best doing it in the state of Colorado, putting out consistenly great lightly (light but not too light) roasted and thoughtfully sourced coffees. Plus the vibes.

Our events are part tasting, part social hour, part class. Host Matt will give a basic overview of modern coffee production and brewing, you'll gain a better understanding of differences in bean origins, processing and brew methods and leave knowing a bit more about what YOU like in coffee.
