It’s a chill session to get your body moving, loosen up tight muscles, and feel refreshed for the rest of your day. Whether you’re a desk dweller or just wanna boost your flexibility, this is your spot. Come as you are, and let’s stretch, move, and vibe together!.
Starting May 5, join us every Tuesday from 1–2 PM for a weekly class designed to keep you accountable and help your body feel better through the week.

This is your dedicated hour to reset, restore range, and build the kind of mobility that really adds up over time.

Inside class, you’ll:
• Learn simple ways to support your body throughout the day
• Fight off midday aches and stiffness
• Improve posture and movement quality
• Feel what consistent mobility work can do for your body over time

This is about the small things that compound.
One intentional hour each week can change how your body feels for years.

$80+tax when you commit to all 4 weeks ($20/session)
$25 drop-in
