For Quarter 1: Health & Wellness, our instructor is Carmalita Rodgers, a Faith-Based Fitness and Nutrition Coach, Wellness Expert, and Inspirational Speaker. As the founder of BOLD & FITT Fitness and Nutrition, Carmalita is passionate about helping women prioritize their health while fulfilling their God-given purpose.
With certifications in fitness, nutrition, and holistic weight loss, Carmalita empowers women to embrace sustainable lifestyle changes that promote energy, strength, and well-being. Her unique approach blends faith, fitness, food, fellowship, and fun, equipping women with practical tools to nourish their bodies, strengthen their minds, and deepen their spiritual walk.
