The parking space dedication ceremony at University of Texas at Dallas will feature Col. William O. "Bill" Dwiggins as our guest speaker.
Col. Dwiggins, a Veterans Education Program Specialist with the Texas Veterans Commission's State Approving Agency for Education, is a four-time Purple Heart recipient.
Col. Dwiggins has dedicated his civilian career to supporting veterans and their families.
Following his remarks, we will proceed with the official ribbon-cutting for the Purple Heart parking space just outside the building.
