$15 Energy Exchange
Start with a relaxing guided meditation that flows into a soothing crystal bowl soundbath. Each person will receive individual Reiki healing during the soundbath.
Dress comfy and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats provided. Please feel free to bring a pillow or blanket for added support.
