Sunday, Nov. 16th and every MID-MONTH dance at Columbia Friends Meeting House, offers another opportunity for remembering play, growing community, and finding joy.
In this meditation through conscious movement, there are no dance steps to follow or expectations to dance with others. You feel what you need to, take time to draw or stretch... rest or amp it up at any time throughout the dance. Bring your beautiful self, just as you are.
Doors open at 2:45PM
Opening Circle begins at 3:00PM
We ask everyone to please sign in at the door so that we can keep you in the loop about dance related offerings.
After signing in, get settled and join the dance floor for a period of grounding.
At the opening circle, facilitators of the Dance Collective will say a few words about the space and intention of the dance.
After our 1.5 hour of meditative movement/ecstatic dancing, we will circle up for a bit to briefly (and optionally) share our experience before heading out into the world to share our love and good vibes.
WHAT TO BRING
* Water bottle
