About this Event
This class will emphasize the deep stretching asanas of yin, as we connect with our breath, and meditation. In this slow and gentle practice, you'll be guided in a meditation, pranayama, and a series of slow-paced, meditative asanas that activate the meridians and release tension in the connective tissues of the body. We’ll soften into and hold each pose for 3-5 minutes, allowing the calming energy around us to cultivate introspection, inner peace, and a mindful connection to our bodies.
