Regional Soft Kit Practice for the Mid Atlantic.All are welcome.
This practice will cover melee tactics, effective use of movement within the list, initiation tactics, and 2v1 defense.
There will also be time for Duels and Light Profight training in the Ring.
Practice run by Josh Kearney.
Recommend soft kit gear to include helmet, boxing gloves, and shin pads. Prefer to have a gambeson top. Groin protection and mouth piece highly recommended.
No shoes on the mats, so this will be mostly barefoot.
Starts at 2 PM, $20 mat fee.
Will run to 7 PM.
