Emily Ramirez is the founder of Emily Ramirez Learning Design, a Richmond-based instructional design and eLearning studio dedicated to creating inclusive, accessible, and memorable learning experiences for organizations that want to educate with clarity and purpose. Her work spans a range of projects, including new employee onboarding, DEI initiatives, sales training, upskilling programs, and more.
In addition to designing learning experiences, Emily partners with organizations as a strategic guide, offering an expert perspective to help refine, strengthen, and elevate existing training programs.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering new restaurants, and exploring the many outdoor parks Richmond has to offer.
