About this Event
Chill out and get your thoughts flowing with journaling and some wellness-focused micropractices!
Come get your mind and body write (we love a good pun 😉)
Join us for an hour of reflection and intentional rest, led by Dana Daugherty - a trauma-informed psychotherapist, coach, and consultant whose work centers culturally responsive care for people navigating multiple, intersecting identities.
This is a gentle gathering for anyone craving time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and with others.
We're often asked to move fast and carry more than our share. This event offers a different rhythm. Together, we'll explore journaling and a couple wellness-focused micropractices (small, sustainable tools that weave into everyday life) to support emotional grounding, clarity, and self-care.
No journaling experience required. No wellness credentials needed. Just come as you are. ✨
