In this workshop, SAVI Therapy Group presents an introduction to horticultural therapy, a nature-based therapeutic approach that supports emotional well-being and reduces stress through intentional time outdoors and mindful engagement with plant life.

You will learn how gardening and nature activities can support grounding, reduce anxiety, and strengthen the connection between mind, body, and environment. No gardening experience is needed. This class focuses on sensing, observing, and reflecting rather than perfect planting.
