**Swim Sing Run** is a unique triathlon event where Mick will swim 500 metres, sing a few songs with the wonderful Blokes Who Sing, and then complete a 2-mile run loop. This cycle will be repeated for an incredible 12 hours! But Mick doesn’t have to do it alone – everyone from the choirs and the local community is welcome to join in at any time.
We’re raising funds for **Blokes Who Sing** and **City of Sons**, two amazing local choirs dedicated to men’s and boys' singing. Singing is not only a joyous activity but also has numerous health benefits, including boosting mental health, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of community.
Every penny raised will make a huge difference to these groups, helping them to continue their fantastic work in bringing people together through the power of song.
