Michelle is also the Founder and Executive Director of My Scars Are Beautiful®, a Nevada-based nonprofit she launched in 2016 to support survivors of traumatic physical injuries and the emotional scars that follow. Through her work in both real estate and community advocacy, Michelle is passionate about serving her clients while also creating spaces of healing, empowerment, and belonging for trauma survivors.
