About this Event
On Saturday, April 11th from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, join Miami Perimeter for an interactive sports performance and basketball event designed to test, train, and showcase athletic ability in a fun and competitive environment.
📍7239 N KENDALL DR, DICK'S HOUSE OF SPORT DADELAND
Athletes will rotate through five stations focused on speed, power, skill development, and live gameplay, allowing participants to challenge themselves while improving key performance skills.
Event Format
• Five rotating stations
• 30–45 minutes per station
• 5–7 minute transition between stations
• Small group rotations for a more engaging training experience
Stations Include
• Linear Sprint Test: Measures first-step quickness and acceleration.
• Vertical Jump Test: Assesses explosive lower-body power.
• Sports Performance Training: Plyometrics, change-of-direction drills, and strength endurance work.
• Basketball Dribbling & Coordination: Ball-handling, footwork, and spatial awareness.
• 3-on-3 Pickup Games: Live play focused on decision-making, teamwork, and game application.
