About this Event
A Holistic Yoga Class Offers a unique yoga experience that moves in alignment with the seasons and the five great elements. This includes a combination of; Breathing techniques to support and shift your nervous system to a state of harmony and healing and for calming and clearing the mind and to release tension and stress. Our asana practice is a traditional Hatha based practice for full body replenishment, to encourage mind body connection and increase mental and physical health. Join us for an exciting exploration into Yoga and Ayurveda, where we enhance the practice with the wisdom of The five great elements earth, water, fire, air, ether and how to use different techniques throughout the day to deal with life's ups and downs with more stability, strength and confidence. Suitable for all.

Minimum suggested donation $8.00. All donations proceeds go to the Institute of Holistic Yoga of North America in Miami, Florida, a non profit organization.
