About this Event
During this course, you will acquire vital skills to provide support to individuals facing mental health challenges. By the end of the course, you will earn certification as a Mental Health First Aider and have access to incredible tools to support yourself and those around you.
While the course may present challenges, we prioritise creating a safe and supportive environment. Learners are encouraged to opt out during any section if needed, respecting their decisions and comfort levels.
Our training room is located at Portsoken Community Centre, 20 Little Somerset St, London E1 8AH. The centre is fully accessible, offers kitchen facilities and free Wi-Fi. The closest tube station to the centre is Aldgate.
