The hike begins!

Roen will speak about how to navigate through the tough terrains of life and share strategies to keep momentum throughout the cold season. There is time to chat and get to know each other with refreshments to keep you cozy.
Difficulty: Beginner-friendly
This is a 2.9km hike with an elevation gain of 128m, which can get a bit steep at times. Rocks on the trail can be slippery, so proper footwear is important.
Age: 18+
<h4>What will be provided?</h4>
- A Merrell gift bag will be given to everyone, and one lucky hiker will win a free pair of Merrell shoes!
- Snacks will be provided
<h4>What do I need to bring?</h4>
- Please come with your own hot beverage in a secure travel mug
- Wear supportive walking shoes or boots with comfortable, warm socks
- The rocks may be slippery if there is rain; please bring walking support, such as poles, if you have challenges with slippery terrain
- Water, preferably in a reusable bottle. Please avoid plastic single-use water bottles
- Wear layers in case you get too warm or too cold
- Rain shell or raincoat if needed for the weather
- Backpack for your water, layers and snacks
- Please ensure any Medic*tion is bought with you and an Epi pen if you experience severe allergic reactions. This is a community meetup and there will not be medical assistance available.
<h4>What should I not bring?</h4>
Although we love the pups, please leave your dogs and pets at home for this hike. (If you require a service animal they are welcome.)

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event you agree that any images/film or content captured on the day may be used by Merrell Canada, Roen Higgins, related press and attendees.
T ickets are non-refundable and all proceeds will be donated to after the event.
