MGM Pilates & Chill

Join us for a beautiful morning of movement, matcha and sisterhood at our MGM Pilates & Chill. This event is designed to bring our pilates princesses together in a fun, uplifting and relaxed environment where you can move your body, unwind and connect with other like minded MGM sisters. Whether you're new to Pilates or already love it, the classes are designed to be accessible, energising and welcoming for all fitness levels. Come dressed in yellow activewear of your choice hehe.

We are running three back to back sessions so we can accomodate more sisters, choose your session when you buy your ticket <3

Time: 11:00am – 3:30pm
Dress Code: Wear Yellow 💛 (activewear of your choice)

Sisters Only Event

The day will run across three small group sessions so everyone can comfortably enjoy both the Pilates class and socialise with a matcha of your choice and snacks and refreshments.

Session 1
Arrival: 11:00am
Mat Pilates: 11:15am – 12:00pm
Matcha & Social: 12:00pm – 12:45pm

Session 2
Arrival: 12:00pm
Mat Pilates: 12:15pm – 1:00pm
Matcha & Social: 1:00pm – 1:45pm

Session 3
Arrival: 1:00pm
Mat Pilates: 1:15pm – 2:00pm
Matcha & Social: 2:00pm – 2:45pm

• 45-minute guided Mat Pilates class
• Matcha drink or beverage of choice
• Halal grazing and sweet treats
• A relaxed sisters social space to unwind and connect
• Complimentary Pilates grip socks

This event is about creating a space where sisters can:

✨ Enjoy a morning with cute drinks, snacks & the girls.
✨ Spend time in a positive and uplifting environment
