Recover smarter. Move better. Feel restored.About this Event
This Myofascial Release (MFR) + Recovery workshop offers a deeply therapeutic experience for the mind, body, and nervous system. Using RAD Roller Recovery balls, we’ll gently unwind holding patterns, release physical and emotional tension, rehydrate connective tissue, and support healthy circulation and mobility. Mindful movement, guided breathwork and intentional pauses are woven throughout to aid athletic recovery and invite deep relaxation—leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and at ease in your body.
Myofascial release is an effective modality for working with injuries, pain, and movement restrictions, as well athlete recovery, injury prevention and maintaining the health and integrity of connective tissue.
When we slow down and listen—to the breath, our inner wisdom, and the subtle landscape of the body—space opens for self-discovery, connection, and awakening.
