We are now accepting nominations for the MFCN Executive Board. This is an exciting opportunity to step into leadership and help guide the future of the Montana Family Childcare Network.Open Positions:
President: To supervise all board members as the principal elected officer of the Executive Board and guide in management and policy making functions.
Vice-President: To maintain leadership continuity by performing the duties of the Executive Board President in their absence. The Vice-president is the President in training.
Secretary: To record and maintain all Executive Board records, ensuring their accuracy and safety, maintain the National Affiliate Charter, and the required documentation of 501c3 status.
Membership Chair: To facilitate member recruitment and retention, and keep an accurate record of membership.
Treasurer: To ensure the fiscal integrity of the organization by providing oversight of the financial activities, to guide the Executive Board on monetary matters, and maintain the accuracy of all financial records.
Serving on the Executive Board is a meaningful way to advocate for home-based child care providers across Montana while growing professionally and personally.
