Our Regional Championships include divisions for all ages and belt levels, with structured categories and official MF rules and judging.
This is a professionally run event focused on:

Competition Categories
Juniors and Adults can compete in categories relevant to their age and belt level including:
• Forms
• Sparring
• Hand Drills
• Kick Combos
• Board Breaking (eligible divisions)
Our Mighty Matts will compete in:
• Wavemaster
• Hand Drills
• 3 Kick Combination
• Flying Side Kick
• Sumo
Mighty Matts divisions are designed to be exciting, age-appropriate, and confidence-building while introducing them to the championships environment.
