MeyanDR is the solo project of drummer and producer Jan Heirman, also known from M.CHUZI. On ‘The Scent Of Fresh Blossoms’, he blends industrial electronics, fractured breakbeats, global classical music and the animated nostalgia of his favourite cartoons. Think: hyperactive rhythms and glitchy sounds, resulting in something that’s equally moving as it is grooving. The EP will be out on Rebel Up Records on Nov 21st.

SebCat is the founder of Rebel Up Records and deeply active in the Brussels music scene, where he promotes new emerging (inter)national artists of global music. He hosts several radio shows and residencies on Radio Campus Brussels (Nightshop), Kiosk Radio and BRUZZ. His DJ sets take you on a journey into contemporary underground global electronic bass sounds, from everywhere to never there.
