MeXo University: Tequila 101 on the Lakeshore

Join us for a fun and casual in-person session all about tequila! Whether you're a newbie or a fan, we'll dive into the basics, flavors, and best sips to enjoy by the beautiful lakeshore. This next course series will serve as the "Next Semester" from our Agave 101 series back in fall of 2025. However we welcome all afficienado's & spirit curious alike to attend! A basic knowledge of Tequila & Agave is strongly encouraged, however not required.

In this class we will take a more nuanced perspective into variations in production styles, terroir & cultivation practices, aging practices, and the use of additives. This class will take you from "I know tequila," to "I understand tequila."
