Yes, in Baja, lobster tails end on hot charcoal grill, with butter, lemon, garlic and salt. Then the golden tender, sweet, juicy meat land on a thin flour tortilla with refried beans and a touch of salsa.
Toritos:
This is a chile relleno kissed by fire and presented cool. Its filled with grilled fish and shrimp. Made with a charred "chile güero" (blond chile) a yellow pepper also known as caribean chile is sure to make dance your taste buds. Served in black citrusy aguachile sauce.
Octopus, Gulf Shrimp and Crab cocktail "Vuelve a la vida":
Octopus, poached Gulf shrimp, octopus and crab meat in a clam-tomato sauce with sliced avocado and salsa bruja. The name of this cocktail means "to come back to life" but I think is just a piece of heaven.
Dessert:
"Copas de Mango" Creamy mango, almonds, liquor 43. You will leak the spoon is so good.
Drink:
A craft beer, or drink of choice is included by our host Southern Brewery. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available.
