This demo will take participants on a culinary journey from coastal freshness to deep, aromatic moles and nostalgic desserts.
On the menu tonight:
Curricanes de Atún con Soya Picante
Fresh tuna rolls with avocado and cucumber, drizzled with a spicy soy-citrus sauce — a vibrant and elegant starter inspired by coastal Mexico.
Enchiladas de Pollo con Mole y Arroz Rojo
Tender chicken enchiladas bathed in a rich, house-made mole sauce — showcasing layers of chiles, nuts, and chocolate — served with traditional red rice.
Salsa Macha
A smoky, nutty, and spicy oil-based salsa made with dried chiles, garlic, and seeds — the perfect condiment to elevate any dish.
Pastel de Chocolate Abuelita con Ganache de Chocolate y Canela
A decadent chocolate cake infused with the nostalgic flavor of Chocolate Abuelita, finished with a smooth cinnamon chocolate ganache.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
