Chilaquiles verdes with chicken & egg
Crispy tortilla chips simmered in a tangy green salsa, served with tender shredded chicken and topped with eggs, crema, cheese, and fresh garnishes.
Horchata French toast
A sweet twist on classic French toast, soaked in a cinnamon-vanilla horchata mixture, then cooked until golden and topped with syrup, powdered sugar for a creamy, spiced flavor.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
