Practicing Love: Mini Metta (Loving-Kindness) RetreatThis will be a gentle, cozy few hours focused on cultivating kindness and compassion — toward ourselves first, and then outward. Especially in times that feel heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming, practicing loving-kindness can help us stay connected to what’s steady, human, and good. Together, we’ll practice tending our own hearts and gently extending that care out into the world. We’ll spend time with guided loving-kindness meditation, quiet reflection, some silence, and plenty of space to simply slow down and rest.
Priority registration closes Sunday, February 8th.

Who it’s for: Anyone — no meditation experience needed
Contribution: Your presence, and the monetary exchange that feels right for you — what you believe the intentional space and my facilitation is worth, and what you can give without stretching yourself too thin. Pay via cash or check on February 15th. A structure for your consideration:
Supported Tier: $35
Base Tier: $55
Supporter Tier: $75 (for those who want to give a little extra to support the participation of others)
Come as you are. Wear comfy clothes and bring anything that helps you feel settled (a journal, blanket, cushion, warm socks). If you’ve been feeling tired, tender, or just in need of a little more softness, this is a really supportive place to land.
