We are currently undergoing a significant recruitment drive for Police Constables, we currently have 3 entry pathways available, with a starting salary of c.£34,000. The pathways are as follows:
• Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship Scheme.
• Degree Holder Entry Programme (this includes the Detective Constable)
• Initial Police Learning Development Programme.
On the agenda we will discuss career pathways, recruitment process, benefits and support etc. followed by a Q&A.
