About this Event
Participate in five events that test your strength and endurance. These are based in longevity norms, so lifters will be able to see where they fall along the bell curve. Each event is scored separately and although its always fun to compare, the main goal is to finish and challenge yourself.
A portion of the proceeds will go to donate Loudoun Abused Womens Shelter (LAWS). Please bring food and diapers or your donations to help support.
The event is open to all fitness levels. Please bring a friend (members and guests are invited to participate).
The first 20 spots are FREE
The second 20 are at $25
The events:
10% treadmill hike for max distance in 5 minutes. (any speed)
Max dead hang from a bar (max 2mins)
Dumbell bench press - weight x reps gives you a score
Goblet squat to a seat - wegith x reps gives you a score
Farmers carry - weight x time gives you a score (max 2mins)
