Come join us for a rejuvenating session of Metal Element Yoga at Sweetwater Park for part 3 (Earth Element) of a 5 element series. This event is perfect for those looking to balance their mind and body while connecting with nature. Joshua, also known as Metal Yogin, will guide us through a series of yoga poses mixed with Qi Gong and breathing exercises inspired by the Metal element, helping you find inner strength and clarity.
