About this Event
Everyone says they want to meet someone "through friends," and at Met Through Friends, we help make it happen. Introducing the +1 Singles Cocktail Party, where you and a friend can mix and mingle with other like-minded singles.
At this event, you can expect introductions, icebreakers, conversation starters, and other light facilitation, but without the formality of a "speed dating" event. It's a cocktail party, but with other great single people and a little help from your hosts.
Each ticket includes admission for 2 people (1 woman interested in men + 1 man interested in women). Your +1 can be a platonic friend you think would be great for someone else, or a crush you'd like to find a cheeky way to spend time with... up to you! Attendees of this event must bring a single friend of the orientation they're interested in to gain admission.

Q: What if I don't have anyone to bring?
A: To keep our numbers balanced, we will not be granting admission to anyone who does not bring a +1. That said, we encourage you to be creative--is there a great person in your social circle you may have overlooked? Keep your eyes open, there may be more great people around you than you realize!
Q: What age range is this event for?
A: This event is tailored for people in their late twenties to late thirties.
Q: I'm not interested in drinking. Can I still attend?
A: Absolutely. We ensure non-alcoholic options at all of our events.
Q: What's the dress code?
A: Casual is fine! Feel free to get festive if you like, but there is no strict dress code.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: No refunds will be granted within 24 hours of the event. You are responsible for finding your own +1, and you will be neither refunded nor granted admission if you arrive without a +1.
