This is a community event to support positive and conscious artists promote conscious and positive lyrics in a unplugged concert setting.
About this Event

The Unplugged Concert series is a promotional opportunity for Artists, participating in the Message In The Music Community Development Program, to showcase their talent; while performing the positive and conscious material they recorded as a Message In The Music recording project.

Its an opportunity for the Artist to connect with the community and the community to connect to the Artist. The showcase will consist of 2 separate Artists' solo performances. The performances will be live, uncut, and uncensored and backed by a live band. The series will consist of six shows per series. There will be a "Get To Know The Artist", brief interview so the community can become acquainted with the artist, their interest of importance and the social ills affecting the black community.

The primary objective of the showcase is to encourage community support of positive artist in our community and to establish a creative economy whereby positive artist can $monetize from their art. The artists are also allowed to showcase & sale their merch with a 100% return.

This event will leave you full of unity, love for the community, and a desire to see us be the best we can be as a people!
