A familiar musical face in a less familiar format, Merlin Webster is the alter ego of Newtown Rocksteady guitarist Tim Key.
Strumming and singing, whistling and wailing his way through original tunes and interpretations of obscure classics, his solo sets span genres and generations. Folk, rock and blues to rocksteady reggae, a sprinkling of mo-town soul and a smattering of high-brow country. All suffused with the psychedelic soul of the sixties.
Expect to feel your toes tapping, your head nodding and your vibe rising!
