Join Matt Petty for a Mercury Retrograde Sound Bath experience on Monday, August 12, 2024 at 6:30 PM. This event will take place at our Memphis location. Matt, a certified sound therapist, will lead us in a meditative sound experience using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and multiple instruments.
Mercury goes retrograde on August 5, and this sound bath is designed to help you acclimate to the energies of Mercury Retrograde and help you feel grounded during this chaotic time.
Our public, group sound baths are $20 per person.
We have zero gravity chairs for everyone to sit in during the sound bath. You may want to bring a blanket if you get cold during meditation. Space is limited to 10 people, so be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time. This session is open to anyone aged 16 and over. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. No late entry. No exchanges or refunds within 24 hours of event.
