Men’s Healing Circle

Please join me for the first Men’s Healing Circle as I begin offering circles and workshops through my business Into the Wonder.

This gathering is an opportunity for men to slow down, turn inward, and explore the wisdom of the heart.

Together we will practice a heart-centered meditation and a guided shamanic drum journey to help you connect with your inner guidance around a question or challenge in your life.

The circle will also include space for reflection and optional sharing.

No prior experience with meditation or shamanic work is necessary.
