About this Event
As men, we are often expected to choose one side. But what happens in the space between? In this men’s circle, we gather to explore the inner polarities that shape how we show up — in life, in work, in relationships, and within ourselves. You’re invited into a space of honesty, reflection, and shared presence.
We’ll sit with seemingly opposite forces like:
- Doing ↔ Being
- Strength ↔ Sensitivity
- Taking control ↔ Surrendering
- Logic ↔ Intuition
- Individuality ↔ Belonging
Format
We’ll introduce a few ideas related to the theme and, depending on group size, explore some simple practices to feel more grounded and present. At its core, this circle is about genuine connection. Everyone will have the chance to “use” the group—to be seen, heard, and supported.
Why join?
Men are often expected to keep it all together—strong, silent, in control. Without spaces to process, many end up carrying struggles alone. At the same time, men today are more isolated than ever, lacking genuine connection and role models.
This group offers a chance to connect more deeply with other men, share honestly, and learn practical tools for resilience, confidence, and emotional intelligence—without slipping into cliché or ideology. It’s about exploring what healthy masculinity looks like today, in a way that’s real and supportive.
Focus of our next meeting (Sept 11): Discipline ↔ Freedom
- Where in my life do I crave more structure?
- Where do I long for more freedom?
- When does discipline give us strength — and when does it become a cage?
- Do I live with intention, or drift with impulse?
Beyond thinking, we engage with our bodies and hearts — opening a space for connection, clarity, and authentic presence. No previous experience needed — just come as you are.
