About this Event

Baltimore’s future will be shaped by the adults who show up today.

For more than five years, iMentor Baltimore has connected students to caring adults, career exposure, and real opportunity — helping young people graduate, access college, and enter the workforce with confidence.

In 2026, we’re raising the bar.

Our theme: Open Doors, Ignite Possibilities

Our goal:
Open 1,000 doors for students across Baltimore
Open 1,000,000 doors nationally

Doors to mentors.
Doors to careers.
Doors to economic mobility.
Doors that change the trajectory of a life — and a city.

To launch this bold commitment, we are convening an invitation-only Leadership Breakfast as part of our Mentorship Month of Action.

This is not a traditional nonprofit event.

It is a curated room of senior executives, corporate partners, public officials, and community leaders who understand that mentorship is not charity — it is infrastructure for workforce development, public safety, and long-term prosperity.

With the support of the offices of Brandon Scott and Wes Moore, this gathering positions Baltimore as a national model for mentorship at scale.

If you care about:
✔ Talent pipelines
✔ Youth opportunity
✔ Economic growth
✔ Safer communities
✔ Meaningful corporate impact

You’ll want to be in this room.

During the breakfast, we will:

• Recognize and honor our corporate & community partners
• Host fireside conversations with prominent city and state leaders
• Share our 2026–27 strategy and recruitment vision
• Invite organizations to pledge their commitment for the upcoming school year
• Connect leaders across sectors to accelerate impact together

This is where partnerships form.
Where commitments happen.
Where momentum builds.

Seats are limited and initial registration is invite-only.
