Recording Consent & Release Form

All practicum sessions are recorded and made available to coaches previously engaged in either Mentor Coaching or former Practicums.

By registering for this practicum, you agree to be recorded during practicum sessions for the future training and development of both you and other coaches wanting to improve their skills.

These recordings are made available through a paid subscription model. Practicum members receive the first year of recordings free upon their initial registration date. After the initial free subscription year, the account will receive an annual auto charge for the renewal fee to continue receiving access to current and future recordings.

Practicum Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances arise that you would need to cancel your registration for the Mentor Coach Practicum. Because spots in each Practicum are limited, please note the cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellation 30+ days prior to the Practicum results in a 100% refund.

Cancellation 14-29 days prior to the Practicum results in a 50% refund.

Cancellation 7-13 days prior to the Practicum results in a 25% refund.

Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the Practicum results in no refund, but you can apply your payment to the next Practicum scheduled.
