About the Speaker: Meg Vos is from West Michigan, and is a Holistic Brain Coach and certified Psychoaromatherapist. She travels the U.S. teaching others about simple ways to balance mental wellness.
Join Meg and local health coach Karen Rocheleau, while they guide you through different emotional balancing techniques and simple ways to introduce them into your routine.
