Moving to a new country is an exciting adventure but it can also be emotionally challenging.
In this in-person session, we will talk about mental well-being during life transitions and share tips on how to stay motivated, open and connected while building a life in Sweden.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist Jernett Karensen will explain why we react the way we do during stressful transitions such as relocating to a new country.
Therapist Janine Miller will guide an open conversation where participants are welcome to share their experiences or simply listen.
