It creates spaces where people can show up, move their bodies, strengthen their minds, and support one The day features inspiring guest speakers sharing their personal story of struggle and how fitness became their path to resilience and recovery. Around the venue, pop‑up activities invite people to move, try new things, and engage with local wellness leaders. Local musicans, Food trucks, local nonprofits, and veteran‑supported organizations round out the experience, creating a powerful space where fitness, service, and community come together with purpose.
Event is FREE with registration or $5 at the door.
