A full day, Interactive, Practical & Informative Mental Health Course Specifically Tailored to leaders in the Hospitality Industry.
About this Event

A Full Day, interactive, practical & informative workshop for Hospitality Leaders, specifically tailored to the industry. Providing your leaders with a solid toolkit to help them to better support their teams & themselves.

We have created a course to cover a bucket tonne of informative Mental Health content, but ensuring to tailor all of this content to the Hospitality Industry.

After all of the research we have conducted through The Hospo Check In Campaign, in addition to experience that Darielle, the facilitator, has had in supporting the humans in the industry... It is clear that there is an increasing number of people in the industry that are struggling with their Mental Health & Wellbeing...

We are aiming to Equip leaders to be able to better support these Hospo Humans (without needing to be a therapist).

We will cover:

  • General knowledge of mental health conditions, signs & symptoms
  • Practical tools to support people in crisis
  • Simple steps to approaching conversations about mental health
  • Opportunities to connect with, problem solve & learn alongside other Hospo Leaders
  • Learning to recognise struggles, hold space and support your humans
  • AND referring people to mental health professionals

We believe it’s not the responsibility of leaders to be a therapist for their teams. Instead...we aim for them to walk away with the Mental Health Toolkit they need to best move through the hospo specific challenges, environment and work demands the industry presents for both their teams and themselves.

Spaces for this are limited for the initial course in Melbourne, as we want to ensure the quality of the content is maintained and delivered effectively.
