About this Event
Being self-employed/running a small business is hard. Especially when you don’t have people around to get a second opinion, or you don’t want to be an emotional burden on people who just don’t get it.
In this personalised small group workshop, Jenny from welltherapy.co will introduce positive psychology frameworks to help you understand current mental health experiences, as well as provide tools and teach coping skills for building and maintaining mental fitness.
There will be talk and strategies around specific self-employed/business owner problems such as burnout, imposter syndrome, the “is it me or them” struggles and dealing with the rollercoaster highs and lows of self-employed life.
The session will be informative as well as interactive, and it’s a safe space to share your stress with people who understand.
