Mental Health QPR Training (Question, Persuade, Refer)

Participants will learn how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, offer support, and connect individuals to appropriate help through this in-person QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training. QPR is a simple, evidence-based approach that equips individuals with the skills to respond confidently and help save a life.
