Mental Health Night: The Healing Experience
Mental Health Night is a live, in-person healing experience created to give people space to breathe, reflect, and feel less alone through music, spoken word, and real moments of presence.
Theme for March 5: Saying Yes & Releasing Rejection
This night is for anyone who’s been carrying rejection in relationships, family, work, or within themselves and is ready to release it and choose something new.
Healing is a decision one you make even when it’s uncomfortable, even when it takes courage.
This experience is designed to help you say yes again… to yourself, your growth, and what’s ahead.
The evening will include:
- Live music and vocals
- A guided meditation by Zacc Devine centered on saying yes and releasing rejection
- Spoken word poetry from special guest Nya Joy
- Saxophone performance from special guest Brandon (OrchestratorMusic)
- A DJ-led atmosphere before and after the program (DJ Younity)
This is not a lecture.
This is not therapy.
This is a shared experience.
Come as you are sit, listen, feel, reflect, and be present. Whether you’re actively working on your mental health or simply curious, this night is for you.
Our goal is simple:
To create a space where people leave feeling lighter than they arrived and reminded that rejection doesn’t get the final word.
